After a renovation in 1995, a separate English department has been established. It is baptised "Crazy Castle" in honour of the King of Hay, Richard Booth. "Crazy Castle" was the name that John Hall-Stevenson, a friend of Laurence Sterne, gave to Skelton Castle, which was famous for its library. In "Crazy Castle" you can find English and American poetry, novels, history, the first Penguins and a lot more. We, Jan Verhagen, Caspar & Thomas Riga & Miep van Duin, hope to see you soon!
